We may suspend or permanently close an account that has breached these terms. Any balance verified as legitimately earned will be returned to the original payment method — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — subject to identity verification.

All game content, software, and platform design are owned by or licensed to bhootnathday. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform for personal account activity only; commercial use is prohibited.

Any dispute arising from these terms will first be referred to our internal resolution process. If unresolved, the matter is subject to the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates as confirmed at account creation.
